CONFIRMATION

Your booking is definitive after a written confirmation and after payment entry of the requested deposit.

The deposit can be placed by money transfer. Alternatively, by sending us your credit number with expiry date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of booking the following cancellation conditions will be applied:

Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit with be withheld
From 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booked period
7 days before arrival: 90% of the total booked period

In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival we’ll have to charge the full overnight stay.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Cash (up to 2.999,99.-€) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard).
We do not accept American Express and Diners.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

The day of your arrival the room and the hotel services will be available from 2 p.m.
We kindly ask you to leave the room within 10 a.m. the day of your departure.

We kindly request to advise if you arrive after 7 p.m. or after closure of the reception at 10.30 p.m.

We do not dispose of shower and baggage deposit for guests who want to stay later than check out time

We can offer you a late check-out depending on availability (by payment and after agreement with the reception)

WELLNESS AREA (every day from 4 p.m to 7 p.m.)

We hope that you will understand that children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the wellness facilities.
Further, all guests must wear house slippers and bathrobes.
We will be happy to lend you a bathrobe for €10.00 for the whole period of your stay.

Sauna, steam bath, infrared sauna and foot hydrotherapy are included in the price.
Whirlpool and solarium are extra charge.

SHUTTLE BUS

Our hotel shuttle bus (only for skiers) takes you to the valley stations of Ciampinoi and Datercepies from 8.15 to 10.00 a.m.
The return in the afternoon is from Skilift Nives.

PETS

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

GUEST PASS

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
